Donkerkloof is located in between the towns of Jagersfontein and Fauresmith in the Free State, approximately 90km from Bloemfontein. 

 

We offer a charter service from all of the main city centres across South Africa and can fly our guests to our own air strip located a few metres from the main lodge. 

Our 8-seater plane is chartered out at vastly reduced rates, which will be supplied upon request. 

 

Our guests also have the option of flying commercially to Bloemfontein, where they will be collected and driven to Donkerkloof at a fee. The drive from Bloemfontein Airport takes approximately 90 minutes. 

 

Guests are of course also more than welcome to drive to Donkerkloof, with the drive from JHB taking approximately 4.5 hours, whilst Cape Town is approximately 850km from the farm. Our lodge is located here:
